For new parts we produce pre-production samples for your approval before bulk manufacturing begins. Approved samples become the reference for inspection.
Brass bar or forging stock is sourced against the specified grade, then produced with our trusted manufacturing partners in Jamnagar under in-process dimensional checks. Plating and finishing — nickel, chrome, tin or polish — are completed before inspection.

Brass is robust, but threads and finished surfaces are not. We pack to protect them through handling, containerisation and ocean transit.
Parts are bagged by lot or size, interleaved where needed, cartoned and palletised or crated. Anti-tarnish packing and moisture protection are available for plated and polished components. Every carton is marked with part number, quantity and lot.
